SPARC hosting Winter Warm Up campaign

SPARC Red Deer is running a winter warm up campaign from Dec. 1 to Jan. 16.

The organization is asking residents to share the gift of warmth by dropping off new mittens, toques and socks to the Red Deer Public Library’s Timberlands branch (300 Timothy Drive).

SPARC members will distribute the items to citizens.
