Lacombe Police Service investigating vehicle theft

The Lacombe Police Service are asking for the public’s help in an investigation of a vehicle theft from a local business.
Police say at approximately 4 a.m. on Dec. 4, two suspects entered a secure impound and storage area located in the 4800 block of 46 Street in Lacombe.
They had cut through the perimeter fence of the business before stealing a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado. The suspects then drove the vehicle through another section of chain-link fence to exit the lot.
Police say they have video surveillance, and it is being reviewed. However, if anyone has any information related to this incident or other criminal activity in the area, please contact the Lacombe Police Service at 403-782-3279 or your local police agency.
