Sunchild First Nation has purchased the former BMO building in downtown Red Deer, at 4903 50 Avenue.

Lapp Realty facilitated the sale, which happened earlier this month. The 17,339 square foot space has sat empty for a few years now.

According to Lapp, the location will serve as the new location for Sunchild Child & Family Services.

They say the proximity to government offices, local agencies, and health resources will allow for stronger collaboration across community programs.
