Lacombe Police Service has added one more to the ranks.

Cst. Lauren Paskall is one of 42 officers who recently graduated from the Edmonton Police Service 27-week intensive training program, part of Recruit Training Class 163.

Paskall and others, some of whom have come from England, India, Taiwan and the U.K., took part in a ceremony last week at Edmonton City Hall.

“Today’s graduating class reflects the future of policing – one that is more inclusive, representative, and responsive to the communities we serve”, said Staff Sergeant Michael Hickey, with the EPS Recruit and Selection Section.
