Red Deer’s average rent once again eclipses $1,300/month

It’ll cost you somewhere around the average of $1,327 for a one-bedroom apartment in Red Deer these days, according to the October 2025 National Rent Report from rentals.ca.

That is up from $1,295 in August, and it pushes Red Deer up to 53rd on the list of 60 ranked Canadian municipalities.

It also continues the trend of being higher than at this time last year — 7.5 per cent in fact.

For a two-bedroom place, it’ll cost you an average of $1,490 monthly.
