RCMP searching for suspect who struck pedestrian with water bottle from vehicle

Red Deer RCMP are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect after they allegedly threw a water bottle from a moving vehicle that struck a pedestrian.

Police say the incident took place on Sept. 13 at approximately 7:45 p.m. when an individual was walking on 32 Street between 55 and 57 Avenue. At that time, the bottle was allegedly thrown from a passing vehicle, described as a silver four-door car with tinted windows.

The police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have dash camera footage from the area to contact the Red Deer RCMP at 403-406-2200.
