Red Deer golfers come up short at senior championship in Nova Scotia

Two Red Deer golfers have wrapped up play at this week’s 2025 Canadian Men’s Senior Championship.

The tournament took place at KenWo Golf Club in New Minas, Nova Scotia.

Ken Griffith finished in a tie for 42nd at +18, his best round of 71 (+1) coming on day two.

Peter Innes unfortunately didn’t make the cut, shooting +7 on both the first two days.

The winner, Don Martone of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, was the only golfer under par for the tournament at -7, including an impressive seven-under 63 on day two.
