Tools for School campaign still really needs several items

The Outreach Centre is in the middle of its yearly Tools for School campaign.

Red Deerians and local businesses are asked to consider contributing backpacks and school supplies.

The campaign helps students in all grades, with school starting Sept. 2 this year.

High demand items midway through the campaign include:

• once inch binders
• liquid white glue – liquid
• glue sticks
• pencil cases
• dividers
• notebooks with the coil on the side
• high school backpacks

If you have donations, bring them to The Outreach Centre (100-4828 53 Street, Red Deer) or United Way Central Alberta (4101 54 Avenue, Red Deer). You can also make monetary donations to the campaign here.
