Red Deer County seeks election workers for 2025 municipal election

Red Deer County is seeking people interested in working in various roles for this fall’s municipal election.

Elections are slated for Oct. 20 around the province.

“This year we are looking to hire about 60 election workers to work at our Advance Vote and Election Day voting stations,” said Returning Officer, Samantha Rodwell. “Election work offers a chance to actively participate in the democratic process.”

Interested individuals are encouraged to complete the Election Worker Application Form on the website at www.rdcounty.ca/Election-Workers.

Please ensure that all forms are submitted by the deadline: 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2025.

• Email: Send completed forms to election@rdcounty.ca;
• Mail: Address to Returning Officer, Red Deer County, 38106 Rge Rd 275, Red Deer County, AB T4S 2L9;
• Drop-off: Forms may also be dropped off at the Red Deer County Centre.
