Second man in Blackfalds armed robbery gets November sentencing date

One of two men accused in connection to a November 2024 incident in Blackfalds now has a sentencing date.

Quinlan Bradford, 21, is slated to appear in court for sentencing on Nov. 19.

According to RCMP at the time of the incident, it was on Nov. 11, 2024 when an armed robbery was alleged to have occurred at the Blackfalds 7-11 convenience store.

On Dec. 17, police seized items, including masks, a shotgun and a vehicle, from a Red Deer home.

Bradford’s co-accused, Jackson Mackenzie Cann, was sentenced to nearly 4.5 years in jail this past February.
