112th Women’s Amateur Golf Championship concludes in Leduc

The 112th Alberta Women’s Amateur Golf Championship wrapped up in Leduc on Friday with a pair of local athletes featured in the tournament.

Calgary’s Carys Code claimed the title after shooting eight-over par throughout the three-day tournament at the Leduc Golf and Country Club. Calgary’s Sydney Bisgrove was close behind at nine-over par followed by Camrose’s Jayla Kucy in third at 10-over par.

Red Deer’s Raylee Denton finished tied for 18th at 26-over par and Coryn Tardif, also from Red Deer, finished in 24th place at 31-over par.
