The Community Legal Clinic has joined the The Centre for Social Impact in downtown Red Deer.

They provide confidential legal information, advice, and advocacy as well as free legal services for people with low income. This includes legal advice on issues such as landlord/tenant, wills and estates, employment, criminal law, family law, personal injury, and more.

“We are relocating to serve the community better and looking forward to building on the synergy the CSI can provide amongst nonprofits,” said Kathy Parson, executive director of Community Legal Clinic.

They’re located on the second floor of The Professional Building at 4808 50 St. and join other tenants such as Youth HQ.

According to Youth HQ’s website, the Centre for Social Impact is a centrally-located place where non-profit organizations can collaborate and families can access a variety of supports and services. It’s also a place where organizations can share resources and minimize operating costs.

“We are excited to welcome Community Legal Clinic to CSI, a building dedicated to further enhancing collaborative partnerships to better serve our community,” added Rob Lewis, executive director of YouthHQ.
