Rebels trade Steven Steranka to Moose Jaw Warriors

The Red Deer Rebels announced on Friday, they’ve traded forward Steven Steranka to the Moose Jaw Warriors.
In return, Red Deer received a conditional sixth-round selection in the 2026 WHL Prospects Draft.
Steranka, 17, played 25 games for the Rebels last season as a rookie where he scored two goals and five assists for seven points.
The Regina, Sask. native also suited up for the Estevan Bruins of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League during the 2024-25 campaign and recorded 30 points in 24 games.
