Property inspections to begin June 23 in Red Deer

City of Red Deer Property Assessment staff will begin conducting inspections of non-residential and multifamily properties across the city next week.

Officials say these inspections are part of the city’s routine property assessment process and they begin on Monday, June 23..

Staff will be clearly identified with City of Red Deer photo identification while carrying out their work, which involves documenting property details and taking exterior photographs from nearby roads and sidewalks.

City officials say this year’s inspections will focus on commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties and will occur during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
