Olds-Didsbury-Three Hills voters & candidates will get byelection forum

A forum will take place for candidates in the provincial byelection for Olds-Didsbury-Three Hills.

The forum is slated for 7-9 p.m. on June 17 at the Olds Legion.

Candidates confirmed include:

• Tara Sawyer (United Conservative Party)
• Cam Davies (Republican Party of Alberta)
• Bill Tufts (Wildrose Loyalty Coalition)

NDP candidate Bev Toews was invited, but her campaign organizers note she isn’t currently available that day.

The forum is being hosted by the Mountain View Freedom (MVF) Community Care Society.

The rescheduled forum comes after one that was going to be hosted by the Olds and District Chamber earlier this month was cancelled due to not enough candidates being available.
