Boys and Girls Club Red Deer to celebrate BGC Day at City Hall today

The Boys and Girls Club (BGC) Red Deer & District will celebrate BGC Day with an event later today.

From 4 to 7 p.m. at City Hall the public is invited to enjoy food and fun activities. City hall will also light up green in honour of BGC later in the evening. BGC Day is celebrated across Canada.

The Boys and Girls Club, which was established in 1900, is the largest dedicated child and youth serving agency in Canada.

For the past 125 years, they’ve helped teens and kids through programs, community-based services, and positive relationships. They help youth develop skills needed to succeed.
