City of Red Deer adds new parking pay stations and wayfinding signs downtown
The City of Red Deer has announced they’ve improved parking accessibility with new parking pay stations and wayfinding signs.
In fact, seven new parking pay stations were installed in downtown Red Deer this month. Officials say the move was made in an effort to improve usability and accessibility for residents and visitors.
The new wayfinding signs were installed to help residents and visitors locate pay stations easily throughout downtown Red Deer. The city says the addition is in response to customer feedback.
“We’ve listened to the community and are excited to enhance the parking experience with new pay stations and wayfinding signs,” said Stephanie Gramlich, Parking Coordinator. “Our goal is to provide a variety of payment options to suit different user types, and to ultimately make parking as convenient and user-friendly as possible for everyone who visits downtown.”
