New principal introduced at Wm. E. Hay Stettler Secondary Campus and Stettler Outreach School

Wm. E. Hay Stettler Secondary Campus and Stettler Outreach School will have a new principal beginning in the 2025-26 school year.

Clearview Public Schools announced Christine Peterson has been awarded the role and has extensive experience in school leadership and secondary education.

She also has a passion for fostering inclusive, supportive, and high-achieving learning environments.

“I am excited and honored to step into the role of Principal at William E. Hay Stettler Secondary Campus and Stettler Outreach School,” Peterson said, in a media release.

“These schools have a proud tradition of academic excellence, community spirit, and student success, and I look forward to working alongside our dedicated staff, students, and families to continue building on that strong foundation and help students ignite their flame. Together, we will continue creating a positive learning environment where ‘we all belong and we all succeed.’”

She most recently served as principal at Big Valley School and before that, vice-principal at High Level Public School and Spirit of the North School.
