For 17 minutes this morning in north Red Deer, residents were affected by a power outage.
The City of Red Deer said 4,415 customers were impacted by the outage that originated at one of the city’s substations and the cause of it is unknown.
They continue to investigate what led to the outage but all power has been restored.
