Maskwacis woman sadly killed in crash northeast of Edmonton

One person from Maskwacis has sadly died in a car crash near Ashmont, Alberta, northeast of Edmonton.
It was just after 8 a.m. on April 23 when St. Paul RCMP responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision between two trucks near the intersection of Highway 28 and Highway 36.
When police arrived, one woman, 40-years-old and from Maskwacis, was declared deceased. Another male was airlifted to Edmonton hospital with serious injuries.
Impairment by drugs or alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the collision.
