19th annual Christian Mayors Prayer Breakfast goes April 29 in Red Deer

The 19th annual Central Alberta Christian Mayors Prayer Breakfast is set for April 29, at Red Deer’s Pidherney Centre.

Doors open at 6:15 a.m. with breakfast at 6:30, then the program runs from 7-8:45.

This year, entrepreneur Troy Walker, who is a local businessman, will share his inspiring success story about how the judicial system and social programs worked together, with support from the church, to turn his life around from addiction.

The annual event brings together business leaders, elected officials, Christian faith leaders, and other community members for a morning of prayer, encouragement and unity.

Tickets are $39/person, or $300 for a table of eight.
