Missing: Ruby Toutsaint, 35, of Red Deer

Red Deer RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing 35-year-old Ruby Toutsaint.

Ruby was last seen in Red Deer on March 25, police report, adding there is concern for her well-being.

Ruby Toutsaint is described as:

• 5 feet 4 inches and approximately 130 pounds
• Medium complexion
• Brown hair (recently shaved) and brown eyes
