Idea I love
Written texts are great and all but when I get a happy voice text from a friend, it makes my heart smile. When I leave one for someone, I find that I can be more expressive, more engaging, more… me!
Want more reasons, data, proof, no problem – research by professors Amit Kumar and Nicholas Epley found that voice, including phone, video chat, and voice chat, created stronger social bonds when compared to text interactions, writing that that voice can create understanding or connection.
Try leaving a voice tex,t or three, for someone you care about this week and see how it feels!
