Mar 19, 2025 | 12:07 PM

Red Deer’s Cooper Moore just keeps racking up the accolades.

Fresh off being named a finalist for the AJHL’s Rookie of the Year award, the Lloydminster Bobcats forward has earned his third Rookie of the Week recognition.

On March 14, Moore scored a goal and an assist in a 7-5 defeat of the Grande Prairie Storm.

He added another goal and two assists in a 5-3 win the next day to complete the double-header.

The Bobcats (#3 seed) and Storm (#2) will now meet in the first round of the post-season after finishing just a point apart in the Viterra AJHL North Division.

Moore finishes his rookie AJHL season with 50 points (15 goals, 35 assists) in 42 games — fifth most among rookies.
