Workshop coming to Red Deer for cow-calf producers on data literacy
The University of Calgary’s School of Public Policy is putting on a workshop in Red Deer for cow-calf producers.
On Nov. 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hampton Inn & Suites Red Deer, those in attendance at the free event will learn about the digitization of records for cow and calf producers and how data can lead to better decision making.
The registration for the workshop is already full but for those interested in being placed on a waitlist, email julius.rondilla@ucalgary.ca.
The Simpson Centre for Food and Agricultural Policy at the University of Calgary’s School of Public Policy coordinated the program’s design and delivery of the event.
