Alberta Milk supports Children's Hospital

Alberta Milk launches holiday match campaign with Alberta Children’s Hospital

Nov 22, 2024 | 2:24 PM

Alberta Milk will be matching donations up to $100,000 for children’s health.

The Holiday Match Campaign is in partnership with the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation (ACHF).

From Nov. 27 to Dec. 3, Alberta’s dairy farmers will match all donations dollar-for-dollar, up to $100,000, to support critical healthcare for children across the province.

To further celebrate the season, Alberta Milk is launching a media campaign through platforms such as YouTube, Disney+, connected TV, and social media to encourage the spirit of giving.

Through these channels, a special campaign video will showcase how Alberta’s dairy farmers embody the spirit of giving by supporting their communities.

The video highlights their contributions and invites everyone to join in supporting the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation, amplifying the message of hope and generosity throughout the holiday season, according to Alberta Milk Board Chair Stuart Boeve.

“As Alberta dairy farmers, we take great pride in giving back to our communities. The partnership with the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation allows us to have a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families across the province,” Boeve said. “By matching donations, we hope to inspire others to join us in spreading hope and healing during this special season. Together, we can ensure children have the care they need when it matters most.”

Liz Ballendine, Vice President of Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation, said the generosity and the support Alberta Milk is appreciated.

“This campaign exemplifies the power of community to transform lives and bring hope to children and families when they need it most. Thank you to Alberta Milk and Alberta’s dairy farmers for making this holiday season brighter for so many,” she said.

In the spirit of holiday cheer, Alberta Milk invites the community to give back. Visit albertamilk to find the donation links.
