Innisfail & District Chamber of Commerce to host Business of the Year Awards

The 2024 Business of the Year Awards are just around the corner.

On Wednesday the Innisfail and District Chamber of Commerce announced they’ll host the Awards on Tuesday, Oct. 29 at the Innisfail Legion Auditorium.

The evening will feature live entertainment by Dustin Farr and those in attendance will enjoy a AAA Alberta Roast Beef Dinner. Guests will also get to participate in a silent auction which will feature unique items.

Over 150 nominations were received in hopes of recognizing local businesses in Innisfail and surrounding communities.

Individual tickets will cost $65 followed by $240 for a table of four and $440 for a table of eight.

This year the chamber has introduced award categories that will recognize and celebrate businesses in not only Innisfail but in Red Deer County, Bowden, Penhold, and surrounding areas.

These awards include: Innisfail Business of the Year, Penhold Business of the Year, Customer Service of the Year, Community Impact Award, Bowden Business of the Year, Red Deer County Business of the Year, Non-Profit of the Year, and Business Resiliency Award.
