Rare comet wows central Alberta sky-gazers
The Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS (C/023 A3) is giving sky-gazers something new to marvel at this week, after several recent opportunities to witness the Aurora Borealis.
According to Associated Press, via The Canadian Press, the comet should be visible with the naked eye just above the western horizon and around sunset for much of the next week.
Sunset is currently around 6:40, with it taking around 40 minutes for the comet to become most visible.
The less light pollution, the better.
