Olds RCMP are seeking public assistance in locating missing 16-year-old Thomas Hubley.

Thomas Hubley was last seen today (Oct. 5) at approximately 12:50 p.m in the town of Olds. There is concern for his well-being.

Thomas Hubley is described as:

· 5 feet 8 inches and approximately 140 pounds

· Light complexion
