Pancakes for paws

The Central Alberta Humane Society invites residents to join them for their second annual pancake breakfast on Saturday, August 24, to celebrate back to school and raise funds for the shelter.

The breakfast will be held at the shelter (4505 – 77 Street) from 8-11 a.m.

Residents can get a plate of pancakes and sausage for a minimum donation of $5 per plate, with donations going to the shelter.

The organization has planned a Kids Corner, special discounts in the retail store, adoption specials, and a shelter tour to learn more about its work and meet some of the animals.
