Two Red Deer players make Team Alberta U16 squad headed to Western Challenge

Two Red Deer football players have made the cut for final roster of the U16 Team Alberta squad that will play in the Football Canada U16 Western Challenge.
That event goes July 3-6 in Regina, SK.
Representing Red Deer will be defensive back Ethan Koett of the Notre Dame Cougars, and Kimi Olugbenjo, a receiver with the Hunting Hill Lightning.
The pair played in the U16 Alberta Bowl earlier this month in Red Deer, where 40 spots were available for the 80 players selected to play in the game.
