New preliminary hearing date set for man charged in Red Deer drug bust and firearms seizure
A new preliminary hearing has now been scheduled for one of three people charged in a Red Deer drug trafficking investigation which turned up four firearms, including an AK-47 rifle.
Brandon Caleb Robertson, 28, was previously scheduled for trial in Red Deer Court of Justice on May 29, 2024. That initial trial date was set following a preliminary hearing held on January 5, 2024.
However, a new preliminary hearing date has now been set for Sept. 6, 2024, in Red Deer Court of Justice to determine if his case has enough evidence to go to trial.
Co-accused Adrian Mollica Lazzaro, 41, is also scheduled for a preliminary hearing to see if his case has enough evidence to go to trial in Red Deer Court of Justice on Nov. 22, 2024.
