A portion of 55 Street between 47A Ave and 46 Ave will be reduced to one lane in both the east and westbound lanes as City crews work on underground infrastructure.
The partial road closure will be in effect from April 16 to April 22. Motorists are advised to obey all signs and to slow down when approaching or driving in construction areas.
Meantime, as underground utility work continues in Riverside Meadows, a portion of 56 Avenue from 57 Street to 58a Street will be closed to vehicle traffic.
From April 17 to June 7, detours will be in place as crews work to replace water and sanitary mains. Motorists are advised to obey all signs and to slow down when approaching or driving in construction areas.
