Red Deer triple stabbing victims recovering from their injuries, accused has extensive criminal past
Local Mounties say the victims of a triple stabbing in Red Deer last month are all recovering from their injuries.
According to RCMP, the first victim, who was sent to hospital in life-threatening condition, is on the mend and no longer in serious condition. Meantime, the second victim and the officer who suffered injuries are also well on the mend, while a second officer who was bit, is also doing fine.
RCMP say their investigation has also determined that the accused did not know any of his victims.
Records obtained by rdnewsNOW through Alberta Justice also reveal an extensive criminal history for the accused, including a 10-year sentence for manslaughter.
