A Red Deer man charged in multiple local property crime investigations is scheduled for sentencing next month.

Described by police as a repeat offender, Zacharias Paradoski, 37, is scheduled for sentencing in Red Deer Court of Justice on Feb. 28, 2024.

Paradoski was charged with 18 counts in relation to a string of break and enter and stolen vehicle incidents in 2022.

Police say Paradoski was first connected to a string of break and enters the morning of March 21, 2022, between 2:30 and 5:30 a.m., where six properties were broken into in southeast Red Deer. Surveillance footage was confirmed to have seen the suspect using a Ford F350 pickup truck which had been reported as stolen.

Paradoski was released pending completion of the investigation, and warrants were later issued for his arrest.
