High School football Weekly Top-10 Rankings

Here are the Weekly Top-10 Rankings for all four Tiers of 12-man high school football in Alberta and the 6-man rankings as well for the 2023 season.

These rankings come out every Sunday until November 6. At that time, those will be the last rankings and teams will take this rank into Provincials

The teams are slotted into Tiers based on their estimated school size by the Alberta Schools’ Athletic Association. Some re-sorting of Tier’s will take place after the final officials population numbers are recorded at the end of September. Please note that games vs. US opponents, scrimmages, or tournaments are not taken into consideration for ranking or listed in the overall record of the schools.

The vast majority of them are on Saturday including the next Alberta Schools’ Athletic Association Telus (Channel 1985) broadcast of the Metro Edmonton Division I Championship Game between the Harry Ainlay Titans and Paul Kane Blues at 5:30 p.m. live from Clarke Stadium in Edmonton.
