Innisfail RCMP host town hall in Penhold

The Innisfail RCMP in collaboration with the Town of Penhold will be holding a Town Hall meeting October 30, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., at the Penhold Library.

Mounties say there will be presentations from:

• The RCMP on priorities and crime stats;
• Community Peace Officer program and Penhold Fire service;
• Victim Services;
• Citizens on Patrol

According to police, there will be also be an open mic to ask any questions citizens have regarding any of the above mentioned program areas.

Mounties say town halls are a great way for community members and RCMP officers to connect and share ideas around community safety,” says S/Sgt Ian Ihme Detachment Commander Innisfail RCMP, “RCMP use public input from town halls to set and adjust future policing priorities.”
