Town of Ponoka partners with Stampede Association to host Canada Day Fireworks

The Town of Ponoka has announced that they will once again be partnering with the Ponoka Stampede and Exhibition Association this year to host a Canada Day fireworks display on July 1.
Town officials say the fireworks will be staged at the Ponoka Stampede grounds, which offers a central location where the fireworks can be seen throughout the community.
Citizens can also view the fireworks from the Ponoka Legion (3911 Highway 2A) and Ponoka Arena Complex (4410 54 Street) parking lots.
The fireworks are scheduled to begin at about 10:45 p.m.
