Three Hills RCMP investigate Delburne shooting

Three Hills RCMP are investigating a shooting that took place on Monday in the Village of Delburne.

On May 22, 2023 at 6:15 a.m., officers say they received reports of a shooting along 22 Ave in Delburne.

RCMP confirm they deployed police resources to the area to speak with surrounding witnesses on what was seen of this incident. Upon arrival, police say the suspect had fled in a vehicle.

Although early in the investigation, RCMP believe that this was an isolated incident and there is no ongoing risk to the community.

Three Hills RCMP would like to speak with anyone who may have residential surveillance footage or still images of a Grey or Silver Dodge Ram in the area of 22 Ave of Delburne between 5:30 – 6:30 a.m. on May 22, 2023.
