Nomination process open for the 2023 Business of the Year Awards

The Red Deer & District Chamber of Commerce has announced that nominations for the 2023 Business of the Year Awards are now open.

The Business of the Year Awards is an event that highlights the outstanding achievements of businesses in the Red Deer area. Aiming to recognize excellence across various categories, the Chamber says the event provides a platform to honor businesses that have demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership.

The categories include:

New Business of the Year
Small Business of the Year
Not-for- Profit Business of the Year
Business of the Year
Business Leader of the Year
Emerging Businessperson of the Year

“This is a fantastic opportunity for all businesses within the Red Deer area, whether Chamber members or non-members, to be recognized for their outstanding contributions. We encourage everyone to nominate deserving businesses in their respective categories,” said Chamber officials in a release.

The deadline for application submission is July 21, 2023, at noon.

The Business of the Year Awards is scheduled to take place on October 18, 2023, where the local business community can gather to celebrate their achievements.
