Decision expected this summer for local nurse practitioner accused of sexual assault
A justice’s ruling is expected this summer for a nurse practitioner from Red Deer facing charges in an alleged sexual assault last year.
Christopher Moon Mah, 43, is scheduled for a decision in Drumheller Court of Justice on July 14, 2023. The date was set following his trial in Drumheller on April 11, 2023.
Mah was arrested and charged with sexual assault, extortion and breach of trust on Nov. 19, 2022.
It was on July 27, 2022, when Three Hills RCMP received a complaint and initiated an investigation regarding an alleged sexual assault. The complainant reported that a Three Hills Nurse Practitioner had sexually assaulted her in exchange for prescription medication and money.
