Red Deer and District Pipe Band hosts Scottish dinner and dance event

The Red Deer and District Pipe Band is hosting a dinner this month named after the famous Scottish poet and lyricist Robbie Burns.

On Saturday, January 28 at the Elks Lodge (6315 Horn St.), the “Robbie Burns Supper” will consist of traditional Scottish music, dancing and, of course, haggis, a Scottish pudding.

Doors are scheduled to open at 6 p.m. with dinner beginning at 7 p.m.
