Temporary lane closure on 50 Street in Ponoka scheduled

Officials with the Town of Ponoka say a temporary lane closure is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., on 50 Street, just north of Chipman Avenue on Wednesday, October 26 and again on Monday, October 31, as crews conduct work on a commercial building in the area.

During this time, two-way traffic and pedestrian walkways will be maintained, say Town officials.

However, motorists and pedestrians are reminded to please exercise caution in the area and observe signage and traffic safety personnel.
