Return to fall hours for City of Red Deer aquatic amenities

After an active summer season, The City of Red Deer aquatic amenities will return to fall operating hours following the September long weekend. The Recreation Centre Outdoor Pool closes for the season at 5 p.m. Monday, September 5.

Recreation Centre Hours of Operation – Effective Tuesday, September 6

Monday-Thursday – 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Friday – 5:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday – 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Michener Aquatic Centre re-opens Tuesday, September 6 after annual maintenance is complete.

Blue Grass Sod Farm Central Spray & Play typically closes in conjunction with the Outdoor Pool, however, the operating season has been extended due to warm weather. The final day of operation for the Spray & Play is Friday, September 9. After this time, crews will begin winterizing and completing end-of-season repairs.
