Traffic disruption on 77 Street next week

Red Deer drivers are being advised of a traffic disruption on 77 Street west of 40 Avenue/Riverside Drive next week to allow for stormwater and road work.

The full closure begins at 9 a.m. Friday, April 29 and is expected to end Sunday, May 1 at 7 p.m., weather permitting. Partial closures affecting east bound traffic on 77 Street will remain in place through Friday, May 27 at 7 p.m.

Drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians are reminded to obey all traffic signs and to slow down in construction zones. More information on this and other construction projects can be found at www.reddeer.ca/constructionseason.
