One charged after drug bust at Normandeau home

One person has been charged after police executed a search warrant at a home in Red Deer earlier this month.

Blackfalds RCMP GIS Unit, along with the Red Deer RCMP Drug Unit, completed the warrant at the home on Nyberg Avenue on April 7.

As a result, they located:

· 388.6 grams of suspected Methamphetamine

· 115 grams of suspected Cocaine

· 100 milliliters of suspected GHB

· Canadian Currency

A 37-year-old man faces four counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, and one count of possession of proceeds of crime.

He appeared in court on April 11.
