Until Feb. 21: Priorities and Budget

Clearview Public Schools invites community to share opinions in online survey

Feb 10, 2022 | 3:01 PM

Clearview Public Schools wants to hear from the community on what the division’s priorities should be for the 2022-2023 school year.

With a focus on student success, the school division is consulting with staff, families and communities through an online survey. Clearview must also decide how to allocate funding from the Alberta Government to support its priorities.

The school board will then consider opinions from the survey as they determine plans for the next year and the budget to support it.

The provincial government will be releasing their budget on Feb. 24.

“It is possible Clearview may see changes to funding for 2022-23. As a result, the Board may be faced with choices about services and supports that are currently in place,” said Clearview in a release. “The Board wants to ensure it understands what is most important to you before making any decisions.”

The survey will remain open until Feb. 21, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.
