Mckenzie Road roundabouts now open

Officials with Red Deer County have announced that the Mckenzie Road roundabouts are now fully operational.

The roundabouts opened at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday Oct. 27, meaning all movements on the roundabouts and across the Mckenzie bridge are available.

Red Deer County officials add, however, that signage and barricades will still be in place.

Motorists are asked to exercise caution, slow down and respect speed limits in designated areas.

Red Deer County also thanks the public for their patience and understanding during the process.
