Alberta Youth Pheasant Program teaches hunting basics

The Alberta Youth Pheasant Program, sponsored by the Red Deer Fish and Game Association (RDFGA), is calling on all young people between the ages of 12-18 to take part in a One Day Fun Day event.

Kids will learn and experience the basics of:

• Pheasant Conservation
• Firearm Introduction
• Clay Pigeon Shooting
• Pheasant Hunts

All equipment will be provided, but they do ask participants to bring their own lunch.

When: Saturdays from Sept. 11, 2021 to early November 2021

Where: About 15 minutes east of Innisfail

Cost: Zero dollars if you already belong to an Alberta Fish and Game Association, or $25 for a Junior Membership to the RDFGA.
