Boil Water Advisory lifted for Eckville

The boil water advisory for the town of Eckville has been lifted by Alberta Health Services (AHS).

An issue with the water system in Eckville had prompted AHS to issue an advisory as a precautionary measure on Sept. 2, 2021.

The issue has since been resolved, and water quality testing confirms the water is once again safe to consume.

All Eckville residents and businesses can return to normal water consumption practices; boiling is no longer required.
